All items are handmade. Please keep in mind that each item will be unique. There may be slight variances in leather texture, color and natural markings. No two items will be exactly alike.
Work Hours
- Emails are answered Monday to Friday.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.
Custom orders
- We do take on custom orders based on available timelines, as well as material availability and interest
- A 50% deposit is required prior to the construction of your item. The remaining balance will be paid in full once the item is complete and ready to ship. This deposit is non refundable
- Changes to your custom item cannot be made after the final design has been approved for construction
- Custom orders cannot be returned
- It is the buyers responsibility to ensure all measurements and details provided are accurate. There are no refunds for ill fitting items due to incorrect measurements provided
- Hellbent will do custom designs but will not copy another artist's work. We will design and make our take on the concept. If you would like that exact item, please consider supporting that artist as it is their design.
Hellbent Designs only sells through hellbentdesigns.ca, etsy.com/hellbentdesigns or through local markets. We DO NOT sell on ebay or amazon. Items sold through ebay or amazon are not made by Hellbent Designs. The sellers on those platform do not have permission to use any photos, logos or designs made by Hellbent Designs.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, especially for suspected fraud or policy violations. Hellbent is not liable for damage during shipping. Once the item is with the shipping carrier it is out of our hands, although please email us if you have any issues. Hellbent designs is not responsible for any customs or duty fees.
