Shipping
Hellbent uses standard shipping by Canada Post and though we do put care into packaging our items, Hellbent cannot be held responsible for any damage to items during or after the shipping process. Tracking numbers are put on Canadian or U.S orders over $100. Standard shipping to the United States and Canada is approximately 5-10 business days (this is an estimate not a guarantee). Tracking numbers are not included on international orders, unless requested. If you would like a tracking number on your item, please message BEFORE ordering as the shipping cost may change. Items are shipped out once a week.
If ordering from outside of Canada please be aware that Hellbent is not responsible for any duty or customs fees.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for custom items. Your item will not be started until the deposit is recieved.
Deposits for custom items are non-refundable.
Returns
Returns are accepted when:
-Buyer contacts Hellbent within 7 days of delivery
-Item is shipped back in its original condition within 21 days of delivery
-Buyer pays return shipping
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
-Custom and personalized items
-Lingerie/undergarments
Ill fitting items due to incorrect measurements that were given cannot be returned or refunded.
